NeuraBrand.ai aims to deliver high-quality, customised digital content as agreed in the relevant service contract or statement of work.
2. Ethical and Legal
NeuraBrand.ai reserves the right to decline work that is abusive, unethical, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes, without limitation, projects promoting racism, terrorism, adult content, harassment, or privacy violations.
3. Use of Website
- Upload or distribute any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content;
- Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website or services;
- Use the services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when submitting content, scripts, or specifications. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and licences for any materials they submit to NeuraBrand.ai.
5. Intellectual Property
All content produced by NeuraBrand.ai remains NeuraBrand.ai’s intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client, subject to any licence terms or use restrictions agreed in writing.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute NeuraBrand.ai’s proprietary materials without prior written consent.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms (including deposits, milestones, and due dates) will be specified in individual contracts. NeuraBrand.ai may suspend or withhold delivery if payments are late or unpaid.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and do not apply to completed or customised work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
NeuraBrand.ai may use third-party tools and service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics, AI platforms). NeuraBrand.ai is not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by third parties but will take reasonable steps to select reputable providers and to mitigate disruption.
8. No Warranties
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NeuraBrand.ai does not warrant specific results or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
